Cake Batter Protein Shake Recipe

Happy Monday!

Well, I admit I slept in a little today, but then I realized I get to share my favorite protein shake recipe with you! This creamy and delicious treat tastes almost exactly like Cake Batter ice cream! It’s amazing and shocked my entire family when I made it.

Here’s what you will need:

1/2 c. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
3-5 drops butter or almond extract
1 tbs. Vanilla sugar free instant pudding OR 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3-5 Stevia packets (or my favorite Truvia, basically any sweetener of your choosing)
1/2 – 1 c. Water (alter this according to desired consistency)
5-10 Ice cubes (depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)
Optional: 1/2 tsp xanthan gum OR sprinkles for topping!

Substitutions: Instead of cottage cheese, you can use tofu. This is important to get the right consistency.
