Half Marathon Prep has begun

Sorry for the lack of postings, but this month has been busy at school (last semester of college and all).

Treadmill Exercise

But this week marks the beginning of training for my next half marathon in August. I went easy on myself yesterday since it was merely the beginning. I ran for half an hour, 3 minutes on at 5 mph, and 1 minute walking at 4 mph.

Something easy to just get me started, especially since Monday I started a 3 day detox cleanse which is kicking my butt! (I’m a PR student and we are KNOWN for downing more coffee than most late night DJ’s)
