Greek Yogurt

There is a LOT of buzz out there about the fantastic qualities of Greek yogurt. I’m here to put these rumors to rest.

It’s amazing.

Greek yogurt is packed full of protein and keeps hunger at bay for several hours. It’s great as a snack or meal replacement. You can mix fruit, flavorings, and so many other combinations into it.

But for those who are wondering, I have a preference combination, and it’s only 110 calories a serving! (yes, you read that right)

It’s a variation of a pin floating around on Pinterest called “Cookie Dough Yogurt”

ImageHere’s my version:

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Yogurt

1/2 c. FAGE Greek yogurt (0%, it’s the least amount of bad fats and is pretty boring tasting)

2 tbs. PB2 (really look high for this stuff. It’s powdered peanut butter, so it doesn’t have the harsh chemicals, preservatives, or usual fats in normal peanut butter)

1-2 tsp. vanilla flavoring (my mother got me hooked on sugar free Torani syrup which you can find in the coffee aisle. I know it’s not the best, but it’s calorie free)

1-2 tsp. Truvia to taste

Just mix together and enjoy! Cut the recipe in half and use as a dip for fruit as a snack! Add chocolate chips or chocolate nibs if you want, but that does mess with the calorie count a bit.
